pregnancy dreams?
Can someone tell me why I keep getting pregnancy/ early test dreams as a FTM?

Dreams aren't things that necessarily are tied to our gender identities or other parts of our selves or realities. And depending on how you think about dreaming, what you are dreaming about can also be more symbolic than literal: for instance, symbolically pregnancy can be about new ideas, about becoming yourself, about creating something new. Or, you can be dreaming about this because you saw something about pregnancy recently and it's in your head.
But ultimately, there's no "reason" for any kind of dream -- dreams are mostly understood as a sort of psychological static left over from the day that plays out in our sleep. It could mean a range of things, it could mean nothing.
