I feel weird for masturbating

I get its supposed to be normal and healthy but like whenever im done I feel really disgusting and dirty afterwards?? It might be because I do it too often. Is nearly everyday too much??? Should I NOT be doing it at all? At some point one of my friends told me its not normal to touch myself at all and that I need to like stop. I dont know anymore man

I’m sorry to hear that your friends told you it’s not normal, they are wrong about that. But, masturbation is a private thing too, so it’s really none of their business what you choose to do with your body. Know what I mean?
