I got a brazillian wax & totally spaced the sexual activity 24 hour rule. Do you think masturbation applies? I just did clit stimulation, & got a little wet, mostly stayed at my entrance. I know you guys are not doctors, but do you think it will cause issues that I masturbated about 3 hours after?

I couldn't say whether it will or will not cause issues, but gentle masturbation as you did is among the safer sexual activities in this case. As I understand, it is not that sexual activity is certain to cause problems after a Brazilian wax, only that it is more likely because your skin is sensitive and the skin barrier is compromised in ways that make it easier to get infections. You'd want to avoid friction and activities that might introduce new microbes to the area (like sex with another person) or encourage microbial growth (like tight/synthetic clothes), but you don't need to be concerned right now unless you notice signs of irritation.
