I'd particularly encourage you to look into and see if you can't try some mindfulness work/exercises. It's often suggested by therapists who work with anxiety anyway, it's a real help with stress management, too, and extra bonus, you can do it on your own without any appointments. If you can get to a library or use a free app (like Calm or Headspace) to learn how to do it, it can even be free.
In terms of sleep, are you already doing all the usual, common stuff people suggest to help with sleep (like turning off devices a couple hours before, only lying in bed for sleeping, not having any heavy meals, caffeine or sugar before bed, etc.)?
