I also had thin pants and my underwear actually had holes in them.

I think, going forward, you and your boyfriend need to talk about completely pausing sexual activity for awhile. Normally I would suggest that and/or only doing things that don't pose any risks, but from your history here it really seems like even no risk behavior, such as dry humping, tends to set off anxiety for you. When anxiety around pregnancy is that severe, it's often a sound choice to pause it for awhile.
