Question About Nexplanon

Hello! I just got my very first nexplanon inserted 7 days ago! Today is day 7 , and I was wondering when would it be safe to have unprotected sex ( without a condom ) ? Can I have unprotected sex today ? Or does “ wait 7 days “ mean it would be safe to have unprotected sex on day 8 ? :D
