is there any way to help breast pain during periods?

Hello!

I usually experience lots of pain in my breasts when im on my period, and some days before.
I've tried heated pads and they havent really helped, and ibuprofen is too strong for my sickly stomach.

Is there something else I can try or do?

Oh I'm sorry you're going through this! I wish I had an easy answer.

Have you tried cold in instead of hot treatments? There are also many teas with anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric comes to mind... the effects might be milder than something like ibruprofen but maybe it's worth trying?

Cold could be a good solution, and I love tea, so I will try that. Tea is not too common in my country so it had not thought of it before. Thank you, have a nice day/evening!
