We cannot advise on taking medications; this is something you’ll want to discuss with your doctor or another licensed medical professional. I will say, though, over-the-counter testosterone boosters are not proven to reliably raise testosterone levels, they mostly contain vitamins and minerals, and some do come with safety concerns depending on which supplement is used. Another option if you want to boost your testosterone, though, is to consult with an endocrinologist. Have you explored other options for hormone treatment, or is that something you’d want to do?
