Okay um.

So a day ago my partner and I had sex w oral too( this is practically my second time . I haven’t even really done anything w myself either.)

So aside from the little discomfort I felt in the process, my clit became really swollen , and it didn’t feel good. He was also using his teeth to graze me a bit which was also uncomfortable.

Now, I get this itch every now and then. Nothing too alarming or anything I just notice it one in a while . (we didn’t use protection ).

I feel very guilty about the poor choices I’ve made because thinking about the conversations we’ve had in the past, he’s been with other girls before. I’m scareddddd…help me😭

Hi BabyTammy!

Obviously using protection is what's safest, but you can't change the past! Is this your first time with this specific partner? I would recommend getting tested for STIs just in case. Do you have a resource in your area for that/feel comfortable asking for an STI panel at a doctor's?

Regarding your clit and swelling, the way clits receive blood flow during arousal can be likened to a penile erection. The blood 'engorges' your clitoris, which leads to swelling. That being said, if it didn't feel good then that's okay too! Did you feel like you were able to tell your partner it was uncomfortable?

I also don't want you to feel guilty. Hindsight is 20/20 but having unprotected sex doesn't make you a bad person.

Thank you😔
But, shouldn’t the person also have an STI for me to have one ??

No this wasn’t out first time

I didn’t feel any type of way the first time, apart from the fact that I got a UTI which I guess was a me problem ??

Yes, to acquire an STI you need to have contact with someone with one. But the only way for anyone to know if we or they have any is to get regularly tested.
