Hi all hope you all doing well.
So first of all my end of school exams are finished with is a huge relief!
I worked very hard and it was rather stressful in the run up and during the exams.
During the run-up I was having a maybe moderate amount of caffeine like maybe 2 double expressos a day and during the exam days a red bull so of to keep me going as a short term measure as I know its not healthy or sustainable in the long run.
I have gone complete cold turkey and even though exams finished for me 2 weeks back I have been sleeping in super late like 9:30-10am and have been getting like 11 hours sleep.
I know like adults wake up at times like 6:30 and I know im still young but I was wondering if any of you have advice how people wake up so early.
