1. so today i was talking w my classmate and i brought up something that happened last year bc we were in the same class and i can’t tell if i made them uncomfortable? what happened was last year my teacher sent me a video from my friends instagram jokingly scolding me for not showing up to school on the last 2 days.. which IMO is kind of odd and creepy for a teacher to do. he replied smth along the lines of “imo that’s too far” or something. and i can’t tell if i made him uncomfortable or if i shouldn’t have said that. he seemed very monotone idk
2. my second question is WAS THAT ACTUALLY CREEPY?? like,… my yeacher last year was really nice but he openly admitted me and my friends were his favorites, sent that video ON HIS OWN ACCORD like he asked my friend to send that to me…., and just was overall a little too nice idk… and he treated me and my friends better it was just odd

any input would be appreciated cause idk if i should be reporting this teacher or something ty

Hi there!

I took a peek at your board history and it seems like these questions and reassurance seeking may be driven by OCD. Do you think that could be true?

yeah probably. sorry :/ i would normally go to my therapist about this but she keeps cancelling so i don’t really know how to deal with the anxiety. i’m not really worried about this anymore, but my harm ocd has been bad today. i tried writing down what i was thinking/feeling in my notes app. i’m not really sure what else to do tbh

Hi there, meowwwwwww123!

No need to apologize! I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so bad, and that you don't have the support of your therapist right now. Journaling can be helpful, but if you're looking for other self-care methods, may I suggest these articles? Too, when you do get to meet with your therapist again, you could ask if she has any advice for dealing with anxiety on your own.
