Hey, I am a 16-year-old female, and I masturbate I have been masturbating since the age of 12. I can only masturbate for 5 minutes, but I want to last longer when masturbating and I don't know how to so any tips on how I can masturbate for longer would be amazing

Hi Gracie_sex!

The first thing that comes to my mind is that perhaps you can try alternating the speed and intensity of your movements--do you think that would help? But also, like some of the other volunteers have shared with you on your first post, it's super important that you feel safe and comfortable all throughout your masturbation sessions--especially considering that you don't live alone. This includes not trying to set a target for how long you should masturbate (and orgasm). As Sofi puts it in this post: the more you can relax without an end goal in mind and without adding any pressure to it, the more likely it will happen.

Aside from the things you have shared previously, do you think there are other factors that influence your ability to masturbate longer?

Thanks for clarifying!

Hmmm, since that is the case, I think it's a great idea if you can start taking note of the things that tend to distract you when masturbating. Once you've identified what those are, we can discuss what we can do to manage the distractions. What do you think?

I also wonder if you've read the articles that our other volunteers have shared with you on your first thread. Were they helpful, or do you have any questions about them?
