ok so I have been masturbating since I was 12.
lately when I masturbate, I feel like I am getting there and this liquid type thing and it smells like pee, but it can't be because I have catheter cause of medical issues, so I don't know what it is, but it is just all over me after I finish masturbating.

This sounds to me like you’re experiencing ejaculation or “squirting.” When you have a catheter, the urethra is covered as you know, but there are some paraurethral glands, like the Skene’s gland, surrounding the urethra that can still be stimulated to produce the liquid you’re noticing. It doesn’t always happen with orgasm, but we understand it to happen most often when the G-spot, clitoris, or a combination of the two are stimulated. From what you’re describing (a feeling of release, then a tingly feeling all over), it sounds like you might actually be experiencing orgasm as well! Rest assured, there’s nothing wrong with you for this.

Researchers have discussed this back and forth, and for awhile (and in some misinformed internet circles still, I think) folks would think that “squirting” is just urinating. Let me clarify my last question!
By life enriching, I mean any things that feel good and fill up time, like doing some art, texting friends, journaling, spending time outside, playing a game, or whatever else (for me, it would be seeing my friends and working here).

By bodily affirming, I mean things that make you feel good to be in your body. That might be things like exercise, stretching, masturbation, eating something really delicious, taking a bath, or getting your hair braided.

I don't know maybe the feeling more aroused one. When it gets uncomfortable, I try and do schoolwork, music, talk to friend, but it always gets too uncomfortable. There's not really a "normal" when it comes to sex because all bodies are different but it is natural and not uncommon to ejaculate a lot. Orgasm and ejaculation are not actually always the same thing - often, they go hand in hand, but they can also be separate. When we talk about orgasm it's a physiological sensation (you feel it in your vaginal muscles, abdominal muscles, etc. and of course, mentally you feel it as well). Whereas squirting, or ejaculating, is just the physical release of fluids and doesn't necessarily happen at the same time.
