How to get your body in the mood
Hi y'all I'm a 19yo trans girl here about 8-9 months on hormones and going insane. Ever since sensations started to change around month 3 or so I can't get my body relaxed enough to let me explore. Like I'll get a clue and try to follow without expectations and just enjoy the moment but once I try and pursue it it's like my body gaslights me and it disappears. I've tried vibrators but they don't do very much for me and anal is hit or miss and a lot of work. I trying to relax myself by taking time and doing mood lighting and music and whenever I try something it just falls flat. The really annoying part is that Ill get these nearly full bodie waves of pleasure from my gut and it's entirely subconscious so I can't do anything to influence it. It feels really good it's just the kinda thing that can be done to me not that I can do myself. I'm just going insane cause I can feel the desire and urges trying to claw outta my skin just for the slightest release. Its been months since I've actually like had an orgasm and I'm just so pent up I feel insane. Please give me your tips and tricks they r much needed lol.

Welcome to the boards, inecraft. <3
You know, just today I was sharing advice for another user about pleasure mapping, which sounds like it might also be helpful for you, too. I think it can be particularly helpful if and when we have had or are having big body changes, like due to injury or illness, changes in a life period, or any part of transitioning or kind of gender transition process. There are a bunch of guides to this across the internet and they're all mostly the same, but here's the one I pulled up for that user today: https://www.wildflowerllc.com/awakening ... e-mapping/
I wonder, too, since it sounds like you have a lot of energy in your body, if you might be someone who is more helped in relaxing by trying to expend some of that energy first than by mellow stuff like candles and lighting: have t you ever tried getting a bunch of exercise/movement of some kind in before you engage in self-pleasure to see if getting some of those ya-yas out first makes it easier for you to settle down in your body?

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. - Margaret Mead
