Why does our mind make us feel guilty after masturbating?

So im 13 and a female there’s not too much I wanna ask, but I just want to know why when I or a lot of people who experiment this, masturbate and try with new things my or our minds mind make me feel guilty afterward, even if I enjoyed it?
