Adult film industry
Recently I been thinking about wanting to get into the adult film industry for some time now. I wanna ask is doing that as part of your career a good idea and is it worth doing? Now I heard going in the industry can ruined things like your relationship with your family, future opportunities like getting a job, digital footprint etc. Now I heard there’s good side of it such as high income potential, flexible schedule, I heard some people is comfortable with their sexuality etc. I wanna know what’s your opinion on it and should I go into the adult industry or not?

Like any high-visibility job, getting into the adult film, or porn industry is a big decision. It is a job that maintains a digital footprint, like you mentioned, and can have serious repercussions on any work you might do in other fields afterwards. Being a sex worker is a type of profession which one should ideally go into with a clear mind and solid sense of what you're looking for and how you can conceptualize achieving it. This means being thoughtful of the benefits and drawbacks (research on this should come from actual sex workers), and an idea of what kind of structure might go into this and how you might actually make enough money to sustain yourself.
One of the biggest misconceptions about the online pornography industry, especially independent sex workers on platforms such as OnlyFans is that it is an easy, low-effort money making venture. The reality is that in general, only the top 1% of earners on those platforms make enough money to sustain themselves, meaning many of the other 99% still have to work second jobs and do other kinds of freelance work at the same time. It also is a generally very high-effort profession with content creation, networking, social media posting, messaging and calling with clients, financial organization, marketing, and health/wellbeing maintenance to name a few tasks. This is not to say it's impossible to do well or make money from, but contrary to popular belief, it is actually a quite difficult and physically taxing job.
