Hi there, sorry to hear you're distressed. What can we help you with?

By the way, we answer the message boards when there's someone around on the team, since we don't use AI, so it's real people. I suggest just sending your question or concern on your next reply. My shift is ending soon but the next person in will be able to answer you. <3

hey i hope you dont mind or whoever replies but ill just put it all here
i swear im a girl but like my brain keeps checking and like idk i might be they them but thats stupid i like being a girl and i dont want to be masculine or a boy like at all but i feel like im in a tight box when im a girl but like also i like being a girl like i dont know like am i even trans did i just transition bc i thought to be more feminine i had to be a girl or am i rlly a girl like i like being a girl but idk if im they them or not but i dont want to be
but then again i really like being she her and a girl

it’s like okay i still wanna be a girl and i rlly want to transition i like being more feminine but for some reason it must be anxiety maybe but then it makes me start questioning myself and like idk doing all these poses to see if i really prefer masculine or feminine and i have another thing now where i put a lower voice and a higher voice to see what i like more for myself and all these weird things and idk i js wannna be a girl
and then if i think about being they then the kind of fears go away but i still want to be a girl like not a man

i think i’m a girl but it’s just fears that are there
like eg. what if u just transitioned bc u were ugly as a boy even tho that isn’t the point really
and then i kind of start to feel comfortable in being a girl like this fears only started like yesterday or the day before i mean ive had them before idk anxiety and stuff around it and then my brains like oh ur just coping cus u can’t accept it

Hi there, Helloitsmehere! No worries, we do not mind.
this fears only started like yesterday or the day before i mean ive had them before idk anxiety and stuff around it and then my brains like oh ur just coping cus u can’t accept it
From what I understand, though you like being a girl, you've been worrying about whether you've understood yourself correctly. It sounds like you've had concerns like this on and off before, and you've also had periods where you you've felt more settled about your gender. Is that right?

We can talk about the confusion you've been feeling. Can you remember if anything happened yesterday or the day before to trigger your most recent fears? Did anything happen to cause you to question your understanding of your gender?

Too, something that can help a lot with feelings of anxiety is mental healthcare from a therapist--importantly, a trans-affirming one in your case. Have you ever gotten that kind of support? (We can help with the process of finding a counselor, if you'd like.)
