Can’t Ejaculate
I am a bisexual FtM trans guy that hasn’t started hormone therapy yet.
No matter how much testosterone or however many surgeries, I’ll never biologically be able to ejaculate, and it bums me out.
Do girls or guys care about this?
Would it be a major turn off to a partner that I can’t ejaculate?
Would there be any way to simulate cum?

Re: Can’t Ejaculate
Hi Dirty_Dan,
While there may be some people for whom ejaculation is a key part of what they enjoy about sex, I think for most people things like communication, respect, and plain old attraction are going to be more important than whether you can ejaculate. Too, ideally someone who wanted to be sexual with you would be understanding of the realities of your body as a trans guy, and not make you feel bad for the ways your body does or does not respond during sex.
In terms of simulating ejaculate, there are some sex toys that are designed to do just that. So, that could also be something to explore with a partner if you were interested.

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
