quick question
im on my placebo week (day 3) and ive been having cramping since last night nonstop with light spotting t_t its not unbearable just noticeable.. is this normal? thank youu

Hi lycheefan,
Because of the drop in hormone levels during the placebo week, it is common for people to experience a withdrawal bleed - this could explain the cramping and spotting! (Of course, if the cramping becomes very severe, it would be a good idea to contact your doctor)

ok another HAHA is it normal that like.. there isnt a ton of bleeding, i need a pad every few hours but in comparison there are a lot of clots? usually its heavy with both but i know its supposed to make your period lighter so i think that might be it

Yep, that can also be normal! The size of the clots matters more than the frequency/amount, so if they're small to medium clots that shouldn't be concerning.
