Sex and endurance
How do I last longer during sex. I'm kind of embarrassed that I can't last longer than 1-2 minutes sometimes.

Hi there, Colebrown123476
You don't need to feel embarrassed. There is nothing strange about lasting two minutes during intercourse--most people last that long. When people do last longer, they are usually doing other activities with their partner and taking breaks. That is to say, they are having a longer session that doesn't just include intercourse.
If I may ask, what has brought up this concern for you? Has a partner said anything?

Hi, colebrown123476:
I hate to hear about this comment from your partner, even as a joke, because that can really make us feel bad! Totally agree with Latha that this amount of time is very common and you should not feel embarassed. Have you had a chance to talk to your partner about ways to make your time last longer, like taking breaks? Also, were you able to express how her comment made you feel?
