CONSTANT persistent arousal

Unread post by pinkypie677 »

please help, ive been feeling constantly aroused for a month or so now. I havent been thinking of sexual things to begin with. i had a history with masturbation but i quit now, and porn too.

but recently ive been feeling sudden arousal down there. not mentally, and i feel the absolute NEED to reach an orgasm. at first i tried to calm it down but i accidentally came anyways. then another time i ended up masturbating to calm it down. i lasted 27 seconds, then i came. but it came back after a week.

i dont know whats wrong with me, i cant get it to stop. i feel the need to come when the arousal starts. it starts with anything - sitting down, walking, in a car. and i feel so weird and like i cannot be at peace. when i am aroused, i feel the need to do anything to have it resolved, even if it means in public. obviously, i dont, and ive still been trying not to masturbate anymore.

i used ice once, to ice on my clit, but i ended up having an involuntary orgasm. i dont know whats wrong with me or how to deal with it, and it feels like orgasm is the only way out and the chore.

Hi there, pinkypie. I'm sorry that you've been so uncomfortable.

Sometimes during puberty people experience phases like this, so there isn't necessarily anything wrong with you. Given your age, it's most likely this is just about some hormonal changes, and will probably be temporary. It also sounds like if you are no longer masturbating -- if it's something you are trying to "quit" for whatever reason -- that this may be because you trying very hard not to think about or do that has had the opposite effect on your brain and your body, something that can happen when people try to quit anything, be it a behaviour or a substance.

Can I ask why masturbation is something you're treating as something to quit rather than, like rubbing a muscle when it's sore, for instance, as something neutral you do when it feels good and something you don't do when you're not interested in doing it or it doesn't feel good?
