Will my girlfriend get pregnant?

Hey there, a friend recommended this website after i told them that i was getting severely panicked over this situation especially because i keep reading different answers.
My girlfriend and I have never had sexual inter course and for many reasons both personal and family related have agreed to never do so until marriage. That being said we still get intimate and give each other head every now and then. A couple of days ago, she was giving me head, and it all went by as it always does, she gives me head, i cum (sorry for the unscientific term), and we fix ourselves up. She usually fixes up her clothes and then goes to pee, unrelated but she always just does she has a small bladder. Today, she told me, that she thought back and noticed that this time she forgot to wash her hands before peeing and fixing up her underwear, i’m sorry for the upcoming over sharing of information but this is to give you the full scope of what happened, and while she was fixing a wedgie she had she came in close contact with her vagina or vaginal hole? don’t know what it’s called. And now she’s worried that some of the sperm or semen or cum (whatever the right term is) that was on her hand after giving me head could cause her to be pregnant as the hand that had semen on it came in close contact with her vagina. I read some boards on here and it said that pregnancy can only happen if there is direct penis to vagina ejaculation? i believe it was called. but when i was searching on plannedparenthood and other medical websites they said the following exactly:
if i had cum on my finger ang fingered a girl could i get her pregnant?

Her hands obviously weren’t INSERTED IN HER VAGINA while she was fixing her wedgie or using the toilet paper to pat herself dry, but she’s certain that her hands that had had semen on them from the blowjob came in contact with her vagina/vaginal opening. So does this mean she can get pregnant?

There is no risk from what you've described here. The risk that you referred to is specifically talking about fingering - which is an act where fingers go inside the vagina.

It may be helpful to think of the path sperm would have had to travel...your penis, to her hand, to all of the things she had to touch to go to the bathroom, then to her underwear and toilet paper. That is a longggg way and a path that sperm is not capable of taking.
