Lump in my vagina

I have a big, long lump in my vagina. It's completely numb. It feels like a wart, but it can't be, because there's no way I could have HPV. I have no pain or any other issues. Is this a problem? And could this be the reason I can't find my G spot?

It sounds like you may be describing your cervix. Can you take a look at this piece and see if that tracks with where this is at in your anatomy?
