I use K&Y Water Based Lubricant with Trojan Spermicidal Condoms when having anal sex. Is that safe?

Safe by what token? Using any brand of condom reduces STI risks with anal sex, and using any brand of lubricant, so long as it's one that you like, will provide comfort as well as helping to protect you from injury. Which brands a person uses doesn't matter, all brands have the capacity to do those things.
