US male to female underwear sizes?

is there a conversion? or would i just have to look at the measurements for whatever store I'm looking at?

Most stores will have waist measurements listed for their men's and women's underwear and while there's a lot of overlap in sizes between many stores, it's definitely not universal so until you get a sense for how a particular brand fits on you it's probably best to look up the sizing chart for each brand.
