If I had given oral to a guy and he came in my mouth, then the next day after brushing my teeth twice and eating and drinking, is there still any left in there? If he put a finger in could be transferred from there into the vagina?

Just like if you drink some orange juice, it is not going to be in your mouth days -- or even hours -- later, the same is true for seminal fluid.
